Conditions of use

1. VANILLAREPUBLIC.EU" and its service "VANILLA REPUBLIC:

vanillarepublic.eu is a website whose purpose is to offer its members premium ingredients for sale daily at attractive prices. After you've chosen the products, they will be delivered to wherever is most convenient for you: to your home, office, vacation residence, or anywhere in the over in Europa where we provide shipping.

2. WHO ARE WE?

The sales activity of the website https://vanillarepublic.ro is conducted by the company Van Coffeeworks SRL (hereinafter referred to as "The Company") with its working point in Bucharest, Sector 4, Calea Șerban Vodă no. 176, registered in the Trade Register under the number J52/332/2019, tax identification number RO40621430, with a share capital of 200 lei.

They can be contacted at the email address: propaganda@vanillarepublic.eu. Throughout these terms and conditions, we will refer to the site as "vanillarepublic.eu".

3. OPERATION

3.1 HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF VANILLAREPUBLIC.EU?

Participation as a member on the vanillarepublic.eu website is free and is allowed for any citizen who is at least 18 years old. If you haven't created an account on vanillarepublic.eu and haven't validated your email address, you can still place orders but only as a visitor.

You can create an account from almost any page on the site by filling in your personal details and selecting your preferences regarding Electronic Mail (e-mail) alerts. Members of vanillarepublic.ro can invite their friends to join them by sending them a personalized message with a simple click on the site. At our discretion and choice, we may optionally confirm by phone various details you have provided us, either after you've created your account or after you've placed an order.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account or order if we notice any discrepancy between what you declare over the phone and any of the details provided on the site.

 

3.2 HOW DO I ORDER ON VANILLAREPUBLIC.EU?

On the site, there are several product offers along with the associated packaging and delivery services. A vanillarepublic.ro member can place one or more orders, up to the maximum quantity they can order. The conclusion of the contract is the moment the package is received, which is delivered by the logistic Partners of vanillarepublic.eu.

On the order page, you will need to select the products. Any member of vanillarepublic.eu can order, if the offer is still available, the maximum quantity put up for sale for that type of product. In certain situations, you may receive a bonus that will be deducted from the price of the products. We can temporarily suspend delivery if weather conditions do not allow it. Only if you have fully paid for the order in advance and weather conditions would affect the integrity of the order, we offer you the opportunity to temporarily store your order in our warehouse. If you don't choose this option, your order will be shipped within a maximum of 2 working days, but vanillarepublic.ro cannot take responsibility for products damaged during transport due to extreme temperatures.

You can invoice the order either to an individual or a legal entity. It is your responsibility to ensure that the person to whom the order is billed has the full capacity and right to pay. You also need to fill out a delivery address where the package will be sent. Make sure that on the day the package is delivered, there is an adult present to receive it - otherwise, the courier, who has clear instructions not to leave a package with a minor, will return it to us.

When you order, the total of your order is displayed in the box titled "Your Order" on the right side of the order page, which distinctly contains the total price of the order, and separately, the total shipping price. To finalize the order, you must accept the present Terms and Conditions.

 

3.3 HOW DO I PAY FOR THE ORDER MADE ON VANILLAREPUBLIC.EU?

As payment methods, we accept card payment, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Vanillarepublic.eu will never store your credit card data. All credit cards are processed by our payment partner, who uses secure, state-of-the-art technology to ensure that your credit card details are not compromised in any way.

For online payments, vanillarepublic.ro is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the vanillarepublic.eu Member, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of their card, if the currency of issuance is different from EUR. Vanillarepublic.eu reserves the right to unilaterally cancel an order made by a member, after prior notification of the member, without any subsequent obligation of either party towards the other or without any party being able to claim damages, in the situation of:

  1. Rejection by the issuing bank of the card or the transaction, in the case of online payment;

  2. The invalidation of the transaction by the card processor, in the case of online payment;

  3. The data provided by the Member, on the website are incomplete or incorrect;

  4. The Member's behavior can and/or causes damages of any kind to Vanillarepublic.ro and/or its partners;

  5. For other valid reasons that justify this measure.

 

Confirmation of the order by Vanillarepublic.eu is made by sending an email containing the AWB number issued by the logistic partner of vanillarepublic.ro for tracking the delivery of the order.

The order will appear in the “My Account” page in the “My Orders” section on the site and by electronic mail (email). In the case of an order with cash on delivery, the order placed by the Member will be confirmed by phone with them. If the order cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Vanillarepublic.ro organizes various marketing and promotion actions on the site which can end with BONUSES received by Members, BONUSES that can be used exclusively on the Vanillarepublic.eu site. Depending on the BONUS received, a vanillarepublic.eu Member will be asked for their personal numerical code. The Member's refusal to provide the CNP leads to the immediate loss of any bonuses or prizes offered by the vanillarepublic.eu site.

3.4 HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE ORDER MADE ON VANILLAREPUBLIC.EU?

Delivery is provided for a fee to the Member's home, or to any other destination in Europa, provided that the person receiving the delivered order is over 18 years old. All shipping fees and expenses will be borne by the Member. Usually, the order is shipped within a maximum of 2 (two) working days from placing the order. If you haven't received the package within 4 days of placing the order, please send us an email at propaganda@vanillarepublic.eu. ​ If within 7 days from the date of placing the order, Vanillarepublic.ro fails to complete 2 delivery attempts for the products due to reasons attributable to the buyer [e.g., delay in delivery, absence from the delivery address, the person supposed to receive the products is not of legal age, etc.], the buyer has the option to either:

  • pay for the delivery of the products to the indicated address and pick up the products,

  • or cancel the order. If the buyer does not exercise either of these two options within 7 days from the date of the second failed delivery attempt, vanillarepublic.ro will refund the buyer's money and revoke their right to purchase products from vanillarepublic.eu

3.5 WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS FOR AN ORDER MADE ON VANILLAREPUBLIC.EU?

The buyer has the right to notify in writing that they withdraw from the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from receiving the parcel or will receive within 30 days from the unilateral written denunciation the sum that constitutes the contract price. The unilateral denunciation is made by sending an email to the address propaganda@vanillarepublic.eu.

 

The 14-day period provided for exercising this right starts the working day after the date the buyer receives the parcel. If the customer does not want to withdraw from the purchase of the product/service and wishes to replace a product/service of the same kind, there must be a value interdependence between it and the new product/service requested. The buyer cannot return the products/services purchased through a contract, and/or cannot claim damages/compensation, in the following situations: a) when the return request has a shipment date that exceeds the 14 working days period, calculated from the working day following the parcel receipt date; b) for orders that were shipped as gifts.

 

Members acknowledge the following specific requirements: The returned product must be in the same condition it was delivered (with original packaging and accompanying documents). The product must be in perfect condition, including its packaging and its related accessories, exactly as at the moment of sale and must not show any signs of use or wear. No exceptions are accepted (e.g., damaged packaging, scratches, or other physical defects).

 

In all cases, return/reshipment costs will be borne by the buyer, except in the case of product non-conformity, where vanillarepublic.ro will bear the transport value.

Any delivery service can be used as long as the product(s) is/are delivered directly to vanillarepublic.eu's address. Vanillarepublic.eu does not pick up parcels sent through the Romanian Post from post offices.

The decision to insure or not insure the parcel during transport from the customer to vanillarepublic.eu falls to the buyer. vanillarepublic.eu becomes responsible once they sign for receipt of the parcel(s), confirming reception quantity and quality-wise. vanillarepublic.eu undertakes to perform quantitative and qualitative reception of the contents within 10 days from confirming the receipt of the parcel(s). If a product other than the one ordered is delivered, you can return it. In this situation, vanillarepublic.eu will bear all transport costs and will deliver the requested product within a maximum of 30 days. Vanillarepublic.eu can deliver a product or service of equivalent quality and price as requested only if expressly accepted by the buyer.

 

The buyer cannot return the products/services purchased under a contract and/or cannot claim damages/compensation in the following situations:

  • when a product that isn't in the same condition as it was delivered is returned (in the original packaging with all intact labels and accompanying documents);

  • in accordance with art. 10 lit.c from O.G. 130/2000 art. 10 lit.c. Vanillarepublic.ro reserves the right not to accept returns of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or can degrade or deteriorate rapidly.

If a product has been returned, and vanillarepublic.eu does not have a suitable product for replacement, they will offer the client the product's value, within a maximum of 30 days from the return. The value of additional services, including but not limited to transport and product insurance during transport, paid by the buyer, is not refunded.
